"Great stay! This was a last minute one night trip. We arrived very early, 10am and check in was at 4. We were able to valet our car, and we checked in at 1! They called when our room was ready. We upgraded to a balcony room, which wasn't really worth it cause there were no chairs or anything on the balcony. The room was spacious, very comfortable beds. The bathroom could use some tlc. TV and ac worked perfectly. The hotel is also very central to all the great things to do. Lots of dining...

"Lovely property, in a beautiful square with walking distance of Riverside & East Bay St. Valet parking is available & very convenient if a little pricy (although we never checked the cost for parking in the next door multi storey car park) We had a bag of laundry done for $20 on a same day service. Convenient restaurant for breakfast just around the corner. Would definitely recommend. "

"Absolutely perfect! We were astounded at the wonderful staff at this hotel. So nice. So helpful. Every employee encountered spoke and greeted customers so nicely. So nice to be treated so well. "Being an older building in historic area it is smaller, not as quiet, and doesn’t have a pool. But good breakfast, clean, friendly staff. Understaffed though. Better off paying for parking upfront through whoever you book room through for a better rate. The area is great with so much to see."
