"A great heritage building in a great location with competent friendly staff. Room was very good bed was super comfortable. Restaurant was very good as was the selection and eatability of the all menu items we had. There was a smnall hiccup with restaurant timing and failure to advise us of a private function. "This is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. From the lovely scent when you walk in the building to the friendly staff to every thing you could think of and more in one place I couldn’t love it more. I love it’s outside of the busy downtown but close enough to get anywhere you want too. The walking trail across the street and the outdoor pool were highlights for sure. I was also super impressed you didn’t have to wait long for an elevator if at all."

"Very clean property and greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was only there for 3 nights but it was well worth the booking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle was also efficient and timely on arriving to and from the airport and hotel. They even give a mini welcome bag which includes little snacks. Definitely don’t hesitate on booking this hotel. The only con is that it’s quite some time(1 hour and 30 minutes) to downtown Toronto on a good day."

"Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay"

"It’s a alright hotel but for the price you can get a lot better. Having the best address in the city doesn’t makes them the prestige or nicer hotel, it need execution for it. Walked in to my tower suite with a half side was blasted with heat on and other side with AC, one window doesn’t even have a curtain on upon calling them, they sent maintenance and they couldn’t fix and all they did after 30 mins change me to different room which was even worst and collected dust for sometime. "Kind of a hidden gem if you're coming in to town for business. Perfect location, but wouldn't even know it's there walking by which I like. Very well kept comfy rooms, only thing lacking was a TV but who really NEEDS a TV these days especially given the location -you arent likely going to be in much. I will definitely be staying again in the future. Bargain price too!"
