"Let me start by saying this is not the place for those looking for quiet. With that out of the way I love this place. It’s in a prime location on queen west. So much nightlife, close to trinity bellwoods, so many places to eat grab a coffee and relax on a patio. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows are too shelf. This is my go to place."

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant.
