"Expedia sold me a room that was not available at the hotel the pictures were deceiving and the room was more expensive compared to the room i was given. The hotel did not know what room my expedia reservation was for. Literally had no other option for my handicapped mother. The hotel did give me a room with 2 beds vs the room with 1 bed for a reservation for 3 people. "Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant to chat/interact with, especially given my arrival at the property around 1:00 AM local time. She was super helpful and exceptionally clear in the instructions provided at check-in. The property itself is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed.
