"The hotel and room were clean and beautiful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Each person I spoke to went out of their way to assist, and in English, which was also extremely helpful. The breakfast was extensive, centrally located on a beautiful side street overlooking a small park. I would highly recommend and will stay here next time I come. "We had a lovely stay at this fabulous hotel. Hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. Rooms a tiny bit cramped but big enough for a few nights. Lovely breakfast.. we didn’t eat in the restaurant at any other time. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the reception is 24 hr. The location of the hotel is brilliant… central and close to many restaurants, bars and the waterfront. "Excellent location and great modern facilities. Functional room, well-maintained. We did not have breakfast at the hotel (many alternatives available nearby) but used the Pavilion for drinks & snacks, all good. My only complaint is with Housekeeping who did not show up on our second day at the hotel, which is disappointing for a two-night stay. When I brought this to front-desk's attention, they did offer housekeeping service in the evening but that ended up being a rush job in my opinion. ...

"Breakfast was great, had the St Martin's Day meal in the evening which was good value and the food was lovely especially with the wine pairings. Travelling with a small child and the play area was a good asset at the end of the day. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great stay."

"交通面がよかった。バス停も近くに2つあり、1つはホテルの目の前だった。公園が近くにありイベントをしていた。爆音でうるさかった。仕方ない。敷地内にレストランがあり、Google評価はよくなかったので行かなかったが週末の夜は音楽も聴こえてうるさかった。 部屋は十分な設備だった。冷蔵庫とケトルがあり助かった。歩いて5-6分のところにスーパーマーケットがあるので便利。 なにより広くて可愛い部屋だった、観光するのにアクセスはよい。0時以前に就寝するなら騒がしいことは覚悟した方が薦めたい。"
