"Great location downtown at Playhouse Square. Hotel was not busy. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice room, clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast and valet parking were included. Enjoyed our stay."

"Parking is toooooo expensive! 50$ a night for valet! The Tru was free! I guess parking is too expensive in the area. "
