"This property did not have hot water, it was dirty, the toilet didn’t work, and it had electrical issues. It’s under construction. It pretty much looks like a motel if not worse. No one answers the phone so Expedia can’t issue the refund."

"The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I was able to check into my room early which was great after a extremely long trip getting there. My only issue was the washcloths in the shower was dirty and crunchy as if they were already used and left to dry. Therefore I rate a 4 out of 5 stars because that was truly disgusting."

"From check-in to check-out, everything went very well. Everything was clean. The staff was welcoming & hospitable. We rested well because the bed was comfy. I didn’t get the opportunity to check out the amenities as I had planned. I heard breakfast was delicious but kept missing the time it was offered. I also wish I could have swam in the beautiful guitar-shaped pool. We had a great view of it from our room. I’ll most certainly plan to return & try out what was missed!"
