Completely awful. Dirty, loud, filthy. The key card never was active for more than a day before we had to get it re-keyed. It smelled awful. We didn’t take our shoes off, there wa a tv but it didn’t work. Overall: abhorrent.

Staff was friendly and efficient. They’re undergoing renovations so there’s that to be expected. The room we got smelled bad, had no bathroom door, had multiple holes in the walls, and was overall outdated. It wasn’t a bad experience per se as the room itself was overall clean except for the smell and there were no other issues that arose during our single night stay. Ample parking, nice staff, clean. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, it works. If you’re picky about where you stay, this may not be for you u til they’re finished with updates.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I was awakened multiple times by noise of dogs barking, people talking loudly, and someone knocking on my door in the middle of the night. They are renovating the rooms currently.

Stayed here for business as it was one of the more affordable options and is in a safe part of town with easy access to the city. It is next to a bar so you will definitely hear the bands every night. We knew this when we booked so this is not the reason for the noisy rating. The truth is this hotel is in a state of disarray. In fairness, the owner appears to be trying to improve the condition, but in the present state it is not worth the money saved. Internet does not cover the property, so don’t count on that. Hot water went out. Walls are thin so you hear everything. Housekeeping was horrible. Bathroom fans didn’t work, tv reception is fuzzy…. I literally go go on and on. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for a little more. The one shining point- the desk staff are incredibly courteous and did attempt to resolve our concerns as much as they could. Maybe in a few years the place will finally be habitable, but not now.

Wonderful staff! A great potential for improvement in the oroperty. Some upgrades would provide more chance for a higher rate. New linens, attention to decor repairs, breakfast options, some artwork! Need a decorator to reasses color scheme.

They are remodeling the rooms, ours must have been older. It was very run down, holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper. Room smelt clean and bed was fairly comfortable but needed 1 more pillow. The water pressure in the shower was the best feature. Its close to food and entertainment so that was nice. Cheaper to book direct, Expedia charged $65 more.

The hotel is very basic, but we felt it was perfect for our one night stay in Nashville. There were some cosmetic issues in our room but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There are fun bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We caught the tail end of an act at the Texas Troubadour. He was an Elvis impersonator and so entertaining to watch. The couple who manage the place are so much fun to talk to.
