I was at the property very early by 4 hours and not withstanding my request to check in early, my room with the worst view was not available til after the check in time of 4pm. I had to request that the bedroom sheets be replaced as they appeared to be stained or dirty. This was promptly done though. Finally, the room coffee maker did not work properly and the signature wine...
