"In der ersten Nacht (von drei) ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht abstellen - auch nicht durch den Aus-Klopf: Nach wenigen Minuten sprang sie wieder an und blies eiskalte Luft auf Kopfhöhe Richtung Bett. Nach dreimaligem Bericht an der Rezeption, kam lediglich jemand mit einem Heizlüfter, was natürlich keine Lösung war. Wir haben dann mit den Köpfen am Fußende geschlafen.
