I like that it had a river and good scenery around the whole property. The room is spacious had a fireplace everything was clean bed sheets were clean huge TV. But I didn't like that I ordered the hot tub room and paid that same price for a different room with nothing in it and the counter helper said that wrong then out of commission for a couple months

We enjoyed our stay. The property is older but the room looked newly remodeled. The motel has a stop in its parking lot where the trolley stops, makes it very convenient. The room was very nice, air conditioner was very cold which was great. The employees were very nice and polite. Would recommend.

Great, clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower has great water volume, and water gets hot fast in the shower and the sink. Large sink countertop for the bathroom. Interestingly, no hook to hang a used bath towel, but new towels are brought everyday day. The outside of the property looks unkempt, but don’t let that deceive you. The room was clean, with HDTV, fridge, microwave, AC/Heat, and WiFi internet (not super fast internet, but it works to watch streaming videos). It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it is a comfortable experience, and I was there for 10 nights. Definitely recommend.

This is definitely our "go to" motel. The front desk staff are always friendly & helpful. The rooms are nice & comfortable. Walking distance to town.

Stay here always the first night in gaitlinburg and then get my cabin. They remodeled and it’s really looking nice! Love that this hotel always pets to stay and it’s close to the dog hiking trail on the gaitlinburg trail.

This is a great budget friendly hotel! We have stayed here multiple times and we will do so again. It is not the newest but felt safe and clean. It is off the strip but was a 20 minute walk or trolly ride home from the aquarium.
