"Room and entire property was clean. Check in was great. Felt comfortable with the parking. Easy walking to downtown. The best part of the hotel was the spectacular roof top bar which had absolutely spectacular views and was an amazing place to spend the evening!"

"The outside was maintained nicely and beautiful but as for the inside it wasn’t maintained. The carpet very very old and dirty. Dresser very old they was very hard to open. Sliding door was hard to open track was dirty and old. Ceiling had some damage. Shower curtain was tore and faucets didn’t work well. But staff at the restaurant and bar area was GREAT! Food was good too."

"I stayed in a GTV studio and it was soo cute and quaint. Walking distance to the main road, I didn't have to drive unless I went into Pigeon Forge"

"Pools were closed. Jets in tube didn't work. TV is way too small for the big room. Toilet too low to the ground. Water pressure was low. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice."

"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of Gatlinburg. I also have to say, I had a problem with my neighbors and the hotel immediately moved me to a different room. So customer service is top notch. Like I say, it's hard to imagine a better experience while staying in this town."
