"When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed. "

"We needed a handicap room, I requested it on the reservation (additional information) but no one saw it. The toilet was the smallest one I have ever seen. Too low, very small to sit on. The beds were very lumpy, it felt like the spring. "

"The hotel was beautiful and staff were all professional. The security was above normal as it took a key to even go up the elevator. The rooftop bar had fantastic views and was added bonus. A little expensive, but very nice. The breakfast buffet was exquisite! Wonerful experience and I would go again if I had another concert there!"

"Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. Once the knob was turned the doors then latched as expected. I did inform...

"Staff was not very welcoming we didn't feel safe to stay the night there. We really just checked in and checked out since the first initial room we were given had a dirty restroom and the ac did not work and had a wired smell. Then the second room had the same problem the ac didn’t work. Until the 3rd room the ac finally worked but by that point we had already decided we were not gonna be staying there. The rooms were really not as shown and looked very unclean."

"I like the Wyndham properties over the cheaper budget hotels because they are more comfortable and I don't like motels with room doors that go directly outside. The staff was very welcoming and the Fort Wayne area is, at least, not 'Ghettoville USA' thankfully. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I liked the free coffee and breakfast in the morning. It's a basic breakfast, but with restaurant prices these days, it saves you some money."

"The price expedia cbarged me for this small hotel was $25 and $30 more than the invoice the hotel gave for my records. Why? I called Expedia customer service and they didn't explained to my satisfaction. I know nobody will read this comment "
