"No frills hotel. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The heater in our room was a bit loud. Breakfast was very simple, bagels, muffins, bananas, apples, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs or meat available so not great if traveling with athletes. Overall it was a decent stay."

"We really enjoyed our staycation at The Bradley!! We enjoyed the piano bar, the heaters on the rooftop deck oddly enough kept the whole deck warm and comfortable. It was cold and had rained all day but we were able to be outside and enjoy the evening. The food, I can’t say enough about the food! Phenomenal! From the Brisket to the petite Wellington, the breakfast hash brisket was surprisingly tasteful!! Every meal we had were excellent. The only thing we noticed, was our bathroom had toenail clippings on the floor from the previous visitors. Easily cleanable but I don’t think it was vaccines or mopped prior to our arrival. And it’s ok, with everything else that went great, it was just a small blip on the trip!!! We will be back!"

"Clean room, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast bar. Staff adjusted the breakfast hours to accommodate our large group. (Opened an hour earlier when they became aware that we needed to leave at 7am for a conference)."

"The hotel is dated and not very welcoming. It is in need of an extreme makeover. There are newer places in the area. Please take the time to read the Google reviews on this hotel. We wish we had … We are travelling to Fort Wayne on a monthly basis now and will not be staying at this Best Western - even if the nightly rate seems reasonable. "

"When we checked in, we were not told the breakfast bar was going to be down for the weekend and not accommodated for this at all. We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid. I would’ve expected a little bit better service. I wasn’t even aware of the $75 hold fee that was charged on my account. The location was great because it was right across the street from the venue we were attending, but will I stay again probably not which is unfortunate cause I’m coming back next year. I do want to say the staff was extremely nice and polite, but just felt like customer should’ve been accommodated for not having the breakfast that should’ve been included and I highly think that the rooms need to be cleaned daily."

"They r under renovations . Staff was quite friendly . I had booked my room app. Nine months before arrival and had pd . But upon arrival was told there was a problem . I was definitely surprised . I was offered a handicapped room there or a 2 bedroom at another hotel . We were exhausted so we took current handicap room there . But was given a full refund . Which was very kind . Just was very confused. The next morning at breakfast 3 ladies near us told us they had booked there room 4 days before arrival ???? The 2 bedroom I had booked 8 months prior ? But free room was nice and excellent hot free breakfast . Sausage .scrambled eggs , potatoes , fr.toast , fruit and oatmeal was offered . I would definitely try to stay again . Also was a musty smell in hallway . But room was very clean . "

"I am from FW but wanted some space from family. I tried other hotels but this was the only one with a room for 2 nights. Pricey yes but def worth it. Only open a few months old, clean, nice/friendly staff. The walls seem a Little thin and there is no microwave or iron in the room and I like convenience but I was fine w/o it. Free coffee, free water. I didn’t get to utilize the spa but maybe next time. Location is good. Lots of places to shop and eat near"
