"This is a classic, older hotel just off of the West Point post. It looks and feels like an academy property, from the decor to the plentiful military exhibits throughout the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. A great experience."

"the bathrooms were dirty, the place needs some TLC, the location is right on 9W so convenient but hard to get to unless by car. The place needs some inexpensive upgrades and its amazing what a difference a deep clean would make. sit on the toilet and you see the filth. i recommend a new cleaning service and inspections before guest arrivals. the ONLY thing i felt comfortable using were the towels. the bed sheets were clean but the coverlet and summer blanket had bleach stains (ihope) and...

"Very Dirty entrance, there’s no staff this is not a hotel it’s a boarding house. Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone! "Arrived and no one at the front desk. Sign said they were full but I already paid for a room. I called the number at the front desk sign, no one answered. Had to find another place to stay and could not get a refund. Don't book this hotel. You will lose your money"
