"The window sills were all rotting and need a repaint, small room, not enough space to put anything, pubic hairs in shower tray!! Staff were ok but not over friendly really. Kettle and mugs were clean and so was the toilet. Would have been ok if it was about £45 per night but it’s way too expensive for the condition of the place. "

"The room, and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit tired, and could do with re tiling. Apart from that the meals we had were good, and the staff very polite and attentive. In all we enjoyed our stay. "

"The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The only down side for me is the lack of mirrors in the room. I am 4ft 11ins and I could not reach the only mirror above the bathroom sink. The staff and bar patrons were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a family run business. NEC is just a bus ride away, and the bus could be caught just outside the hotel. In a nutshell, I had a fantastic stay."
