Reservei este hotel por ter piscina térmica e foi a decepção pois estava bem fria pra o frio que estava na cidade. Não voltaria a reservar.

Hotel muito bom, esperava que o quarto fosse maior mas nos atendeu bem. Café da manhã com boa variedade e restaurante do hotel com um cardápio excelente para o jantar. A localização é fora do centro da cidade mas a poucos minutos de carro. Por estar em um local alto a vista para a cidade que se tem da janela do quarto é muito bonita. Piscina aquecida muito boa e garantiu a diversão da familia durante a estadia. Na recepção fomos recebidos muito bem e nos ofereceram espumante e suco de uva de boas vindas. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Um verdadeiro luxo.

Incrivel. Desde a recepção com espumante e suco ate o espaçoso quarto. O cafe de manha incrivel e a localização. Como uma vista fora do comum... Academia e piscina. Nao usamos, mas visitamos.

Boa estadia. O hotel tem instalações ainda novas, o restaurante tem bons pratos a noite, a vista do hotel é incrível e tem um pôr do sol lindo. Pontos a serem revistos e melhorados: as camas do quarto poderiam ser de melhor qualidade (colchões um pouco moles). O café da manhã precisa ser melhorado, colocar a disposição produtos de melhor qualidade e do dia (pão seco do dia anterior não dá né). Pagar R$ 20,00 de estacionamento por diária para manter o carro em vagas coladas a calçada e sem muros é um absurdo, poderia ter deixado o carro na rua que teria a mesma segurança (qualquer pessoa passando na rua tinha acesso aos carros no estacionamento).

Atendimento excelente. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, comida farta e deliciosa..Tem uma vista linda da cidade, mas é um pouco longe do centro. O quarto e o banheiro tem um bom tamanho.

O hotel é ótimo, estrutura novas, colchão muito bom, café da manhã excelente. Apenas a piscina que apesar de ser aquecida, ainda assim não estava com uma temperatura muito agradável. Fora isso, foi tudo perfeito.

o hotel fica no alto da montanha e o visual la de cima é incrível. Para quem está de carro é tranquilo mas se não estiver, irá precisar de um transporte alternativo, não imagino como descer para a cidade sem. As acomodações são ótimas, como estava frio penso que a piscina poderia aumentar a temperatura, o serviço de camareira como limpeza e arrumação poderia ser melhor, não ficou no padrão dos outros Dal Onder em que me hospedei. Café da manha bom, restaurante com ótimo serviço, comida boa e preço justo.

Já estive algumas outras vezes no hotel, mas dessa vez foi a que senti um pouco de falta de cuidado. Acho que como estava muito cheio, não "deram conta". Os funcionários sempre muito cordiais, exceto do restaurante, que ao fazermos check-in recebemos a informação que ficava aberto até as 22h, mas ao descermos às 21h40, já estavam fechados e a moça que atendeu só bateu os ombros quando falamos que tínhamos informação das 22h. Além disso, algo que incomoda demais é a cama de solteiro unida em casal. No meio da noite havia um buraco no meio da cama. No café da manhã foi caos.... falta de talheres, copos, café... e os alimentos cortados de uma maneira inacreditável.... como mencionei: penso que pelo movimento fora do normal...

Ótimo hotel. Café da manhã gostoso, variado. Bom custo-benefício. A recepcionista pareceu pouco solícita no trato com os hóspedes, não achava minha reserva, pareceu estar fazendo um favor, quando minha diária já estava até paga. No quarto uma das toalhas de rosto estava poída e o lençol de baixo fica saindo da cama (na parte junto a cebeceira), parecia curto. Esses detalhes, não desmerecem o hotel. Mas, sim, merecem atenção para evitar afugentar novos hóspedes e manter a tardição do nome que carrega!

A estadia foi excelente. Staff muito simpático e educado. Estrutura de lazer para os hóspedes muito boa. Piscina e academia. Sugiro que utlizem o restaurante para refeições noturnas. Pratos saborosos e preços justos. Bem servidos. Carta de vinhos e espumantes, brasileiros, bem escolhidos e, tambem, com preços semelhantes as vinícolas. Indico o hotel para uma agradável estadia em Garibaldi. Obs: Os travesseiros poderiam ser um pouco mais altos e confortaveis.
