Bom café da manhã, equipe organizada e com ótimo atendimento. O quarto achei muito pequeno tinha uma divisória como se fosse para a outra metade do quarto. Mas não tinha passagem direta. tínhamos acesso aos dois quartos. Fiquei sem entender apenas esse quesito. Do restante ótimo.

Hotel bem desorganizado. Quando chegamos, uma moça reclamava que deram um quarto ocupado pra ela. Quando entramos no nosso quarto, era incrivelmente pequeno, interligado a uma suíte que estava suja (inabitável). Trocaram de quarto e ficou ok. No site do hotel constava serviço de quarto com alimentação até às 22h30. Chegamos cedo, nos ajeitamos para ficar no quarto e quando ligamos para solicitar alimentação, informaram que não tinha o serviço. Estacionamento somente com manobrista, mas a entrada do hotel sempre lotada de carros. Por ser Laghetto, esperava muito mais.

Hotel muito bom, sobre localização saíamos de carro é um pouco longe pra ir a pé na rua gastronômica principalmente no inverno, o banheiro tinha um vazamento no box, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia.
