The girls are the best and sweetest. I find the desk clerks rude and disrespectful. When you are there for a sick loved one, you need compassion and not sarcasm."

The pool was not open. Overall a poor performance from Wyndham! We stayed in Room 417. Please clean it better for your next victim."
