There are so many great aspects about the hotel; the location is very peaceful, the hotel is dog friendly, the staff are friendly, the breakfast layout is good, small things are done like jars with dog treats and sweets are set out. The one let down is the restaurant service it took one hour to serve a our mains dish (no starters), our two year old waited 20mins for soup from the childrens menu which was so hot it took 20minutes more to cool down enough for her to eat it. Outside of this it is a great place to stay.

For such a big resort, the facilities are too little. Swimming pool and sauna are too small to adjust so many guests. Just one restaurant is not enough and was already full before we checked in.

Lovely forest setting. Nice view from our room. Shower was poor design. Restaurant flowers smelled so strongly it set off my asthma so we went to the bar for dinner. The bar room is fantastic.

Poor service
For the size of the hotel the swimming pool is really small. 4 kids and is full. Service was not very good. They have a nice terrace but they didn't put the cushions on the furniture so it was uncomfortable to sit there for long time. The people at the bar didn't know how to make coctels and took long time to bring food. They didn't advertise that they are renovating the main restaurant and everything has been moved to a conference room were nobody didn't know how to get there. Breakfast time was caos! People queuing for long time in the buffet and there was not enough food, not plates the coffee machine was in another conference room without enough cups! Very disappointed for a 4 stars hotel.

Very pleasant and nice friendly staff.
A very nice hotel and pleasant enough to have spent the night here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only small issues were that the bar closed a little too early in the evening of my stay and there really isn't anywhere else in the area to go for a nightcap as its quite a small town. My main issue was at breakfast due to the amount of flies buzzing around the open food. Never an appetising thing to witness.

Great hotel in a wonderful landscape
Brief time at the hotel, but it was very clean, nice, and comfortable. Only complaint is that the tub and toilet had a separate room but the shower did not leaving little privacy.

Cycling Holiday
Great hotel for a cycling holiday. Hotel provides cycles and a range of cycle routes to choose from which take you through forest, heathland and sand fields. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great restaurant which offers a range of dishes.

A nice hotel to relax and enjoy in a great setting
The first thing which is remarkable is the location of the hotel, amidst of the woods. It automatically gives a relaxed feel. The parking was to the right and initially I had no idea that one then uses the back entrance but it showed. Welcoming was nice, registration quick. The room was large in size, really enjoyable and modern. It must have been updated a few years ago, although the bathroom is much older (thus had not bene updated). All needed was available and the bed was comfortable. As Christmas is near, all was decorated wonderfully and the hotel has a good restaurant as well as a great bar (where one can eat as well). Breakfast was from standard to good. I would stay here again, when I need to be in the neighbourhood (though not many of business in the area and too far from the big cities).

A Must....
Extremely nice and friendly staff. Nice rooms with a lot of space for clothes. Hotel did laundry for 7.50 Eruos.(wash, dry, and dropped off to room folded) 2 hr. turnaround. All hotel staff always warm and friendly. Beautiful grounds.

Fijn hotel Lekker eten in de brasserie in ongedwongen sfeer Zwembad is wel wat klein voor zo groot hotel en het sauna gedeelte kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken en het leek erop dat ze daar mee bezig waren. Een extra badmat bij het douche gedeelte in de kamer zou fijn zijn net als een klein koelkastje verder was de kamer ruim en netjes Zeker om een keer terug te komen

Prima luxe hotel op prachtige locatie. Het was een fijne ruime kamer met zowel bad als douche. Ontbijt was prima. Diner idem, 1 maal wildmenu genoten (inclusief wijnarrangement) en 1 maal a la carte. Beide van goede kwaliteit.
