"As usual hotel.com didn’t communicate the room(2 bedroom cottage) that we booked to the hotel so they first tried to put us in a 1 bedroom cottage. Luckily our cottage was available and totally worth it, with a nice view of a pond and gardens, a comfortable living room and even a well equipped kitchen "

"This is a fantastic resort. Massive grounds. Clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The resort offers a lot. Very safe and conveniently close to Plettenberg Bay. This was a business trip but will be back for a pleasure trip "
"Wish we had been able to stay another night as we loved this place so much. It's in such a beautiful spot with spectacular views over the bay.
Reception staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic dinner in the on-site restaurant that night with great customer service too.
Worth noting, there is a fairly long and steep hill to the shops/cafes/restaurants in the town so if you had mobility issues that may be a problem (unless you were driving)."
