Air conditioning - Not at all not sure there was any out put got more from the open door wind to be honest. Staff were all lovely Room was clean but needs a tidy. Shower head was broken.

First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start. Plett Quarter Apartments
The unit itself was very nice. Much farther from the beach than the picture show. It's also on the main street which is busy. Lots of street noise in late into the night.
