The property is good . Services are fine . The reason I took off two stars because breakfast areas . There was one family with 4 kids running around touching most of the foods and spilled them on the floor. I lost my appetite and went to out for breakfast

Everything broken and or poorly fixed in bedroom. Shower curtain ripped and screws coming out of wall, bathroom shelf broken, bathtub drain broken, bathroom blinds broken, the list goes on.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and I enjoyed my first stay. We were in the hotel to sleep and were out most of the day. This last trip we got back from Disneyland late and there was no parking in the front of the hotel, so we were asked to park in the back. There were only 3 other cars in the back and a car was hovering around watching my daughter and I unload the car. We witnessed someone slip through the gate earlier that day as well, so it’s not truly “gated off” to people on foot since there is a gap in the fence. We woke up the next day to our rental car being completely vandalized. The cameras at the hotel are completely fogged/calcified over so the hotel manager couldn’t see anything at all on the recording. So, the cameras were useless. The hotel staff didn’t seem shocked at all and weren’t really apologetic even though it happened on their property behind the gate. We had to call the police to file a report. The areas around the hotel don’t really seem that safe either. We will not be staying there again. Other than that, the rooms are clean and seem fairly up to date. The breakfast is okay, but not good enough for us to wake up early for it. The eggs are powdered eggs, and there wasn’t many choices for fruit or cereal for my kids.

The front desk staff were amazing. The only problem I had was the TV service was very spotty. The room was clean. I felt safe with the parking options.

There was calcium build up on the shower head. Police activity when I checked in. Overall, I felt very unsafe to stay, unsafe to take a shower, unsafe to sleep peacefully.

So this place looks good from the outside but once you take a closer look it’s alright at best. The water in the tub didn’t drain and the water from the faucet was super cloudy and the bathroom door didn’t close. The breakfast was excellent I will say that. And for the price it was worth it. I would say if you are really trying to save some money it’s worth it but if you are the type of person that can’t overlook some of those things then this place isn’t for you. We slept fine, it wasn’t noisy and we liked the gated parking. No bed bugs. Like I said it was alright.

This is are first time staying at the Hotel Marguerite at arrival was greeted and checked in without any issues. Room is a standard but spacious with two queen beds very few issues with room for example front entrance is on a sensor and at middle of night light automatically turns back on even though was manually turned off and door to bathroom would not stay open when left open but all said and done continental breakfast is good and would come back.

I think is ridiculous that we still have to pay for parking. its just a very stupid think to do . Your front desk who checked us in was rude, After driving 9 hrs we needed the bathroom when ask she said old on you can use your hotel room to go to the bathroom since I will give you the key.. We go for cheer competition every year. so for us to get this service not good.. and then to charge for parking horrible..

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels but let me tell you, this was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Every hotel I go to, I always lift up the sheets to spray bed bug spray. This hotel was the first hotel that I actually found one crawling around! I went downstairs to tell the receptionist and she switched rooms for me. Second room was no bugs found, but the comforter had a big yellow stain! The bathtub had dirt marks and a few of their towels had stains on them! This hotel is also very noisy you can hear cars driving all night long. I do not recommend this hotel! The only thing great about this hotel is, the staff! The front desk employees are very very nice! I have pictures and videos but Expedia doesn’t allow the option to post. Oh! Also, my room had a balcony that was unlocked. Good thing we saw it before my three year old son opened it. This hotel has a lot of potential to be great but they really need to work on their Cleanliness! Hire new cleaning crew.

The TV did not work for the entire four days. They came and attempted to fix it two times. Doors are paper thin which means when the neighbors slam the door across the hall its very loud. They don’t provide any daily cleaning. Have to call for towels and toilet paper daily. Good luck trying to sleep in the housekeeping staff laugh and talk right outside your door as if they were the only people in the building. Not coming back.

It was a great place to stay. Unlike the reviews I read, I didn't see a single roach. The place was overall clean, and mostly quiet. The only problem we ran into was the T.V. only had about 2 channels.
