"Great stay!"

"The castle king room was spacious and clean. Though highway noise could be heard, the sound of the AC running helped drown it out and honestly was so tired from Disney that the noise didn’t bother us at all. Staff was very friendly. A bit tricky having to wait til 6:30 for coffee at the deli downstairs when you’re a rope dropper and need to get out the door early, but it worked out! I’d recommend it."

"I booked this stay several weeks in advance, however, once I arrived to check in I was told the room is not available. Extremely inconvenient."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. However my towels were never cleaned, and my room was never turned over even after asking. We had multiple towels in our room and over half of them were either not washed properly because they had dirt/smudge marks on them. Came back to the room and the beds were not made"
