"Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. "

Fomos em viagem de lua de mel e o hotel nos preparou uma grata supresa em nos dar upgrade de quarto, mas não foi qualquer quarto, foi simplesmente o melhor quarto que já ficamos em nossa vida! Ao olhar a vista do quarto para o lago me emocionei, acho que é a vista mais linda que já vi! O quarto era novo, todo equipado, decoração impecável, e o banheiro com uma super...

"Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere."
