"The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only reason for a mediocre rating on amenities was that I could not get the closed captioning to work on my TV (room 309). An old, deaf man like me needs closed captioning!"

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great for my needs. There was one issue a busy railroad crossing across the highway train traffic through out the night with trains honking. To be fair only there late at night leaving early so did not have breakfast or use any other amenities. It is very budget friendly with a clean room"

"This was a very easy stay in a well-priced hotel. The pool area was amazing and very clean. The property was mowed, and cleaning staff were available throughout the day busy cleaning on the property. The noise level was very quiet. I appreciated that the motel allowed our dogs to stay on property, but I do wish people would pick up after their pets. That last was no fault of the property. Signs are out along with waste bags and bins. There are so few free pet motels out there, especially in such good condition that guests should take time to appreciate it more, as well as the fact that other guests would no doubt appreciate it as well. The laundry facilities were down during our stay, so I couldn't rate the ammenities offered as a 5 star, but everything else was operable and cleanly. The television worked fine both with the channels the hotel offered, as well as with apps from our phone. The AC was very cold and the plumbing seemed to be fairly recent and upkept. We will return back when we visit Galveston again. A huge thank you to all the desk clerks and the housekeeping for their attention to our needs and for the very kind and professional attitudes."

"This hotel is fantastic! Besides the room being cozy, clean and comfortable, the location is superb! Plenty of shopping across the street at the Tanger Outlet Mall and also plenty of great places to eat around the property. We have bookmarked this one and will be staying here from now on when we are in the Clear Lake area. Loved everything about it!"

"We had two rooms and got no sleep, rooms smelt so bad like mildew, towels were stained, coffee pot, sprinkler was hanging down from ceiling, chair had stains that looked concerning and as we entered the smell of marijuana so bad in the lobby. The lady checking in, in front of us turned and said the same thing and was angry"
