Das erfährt man beim Front Desk, wenn man sich gewundert hat, dass am nächsten Tag die Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht und auch keine frischen Handtücher da sind. Also, haben wir das Housekeepingfür den nächsten Tag bestellt. Leider ist diese auch nicht gekommen, trotz Anfrage. Wir hatten sozusagen drei Tage lang keine gemachten Betten, es wurde nicht geputzt und Handtücher gewechselt. Diese hat man sich dann immer selbst am Front Desk...

"Upon arrival, the staff seemed serious and not very welcoming. They were efficient enough though. At a quick glance, the room did not seem like it was dirty. Once we settled in, we noticed little gnats flying around the room. Then we noticed stains on the walls, crumbs on the floor and the musty scent became harder to ignore. We were glad it was just a one night stay. Despite the fact that the room did not meet our expectations for general cleanliness, we managed to rest well. The...

"Room was just ok. Bathroom and balcony doors were hard to close, there was a hole in the wall by the entry door and the tub floor was stained (dirty). Hotel needs some love! Otherwise, Location & bed comfort were a plus, breakfast was ok and the staff was good. Could have been worse but we wouldn’t recommend it unless the deal is to good to pass up! "
