Hotel berdekatan Pusat Kebudayaan Gallup

"Room was small. Bathroom was very compact. Did not have air and was told could open a window; however, the window had no screens and was accessible to a fire escape. The one window had a large crack. There was also no way to secure the window in an open position. Someone was smoking weed on the property and therefore i closed window promptly to not be exposed to the smell. I of course don’t hold the property accountable for that aspect but it was hot in the room due to the very small space. The...

"It’s right of the freeway. I didn’t sleep well because of all the noises and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay"

"On a positive side, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms however need better lighting. It was impossible to read while in bed due to inadequate reading lighting."

"Clean and friendly"

"This is the 3rd time that the elevator hasn't been working in a 4 story hotel. Twice before, they notified me before I got there & I was able to book elsewhere. This time I found out when I arrived. They offered to cancel without penalty but that would have meant trying to find another hotel for 3 nights so I stayed. They put me on the 3rd floor & I use a cane. They did carry my bags up. The staff was very nice. Very friendly every morning. Everything was clean. The in room fridge was tiny &...

"Everything was excellent. For the price and amenities it was a bargain and I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"COCKROACHES!!!! Dozens of coackroaches everywhere. There were 3 or 4 in the bedroom. It was 11:30 pm so I just wanted to sleep. BUT!!! When I went to the bathroom and turned on the light……OMG dozens of cockroaches took off running. BEWARE!!!!!"

"The room was clean but they need to vacuum the edges better. If two people are staying in the room why do you only get two towels women need two towels. Breakfast was very good my husband had an omelette that was quickly prepared just for him and he said it was good. Parking was good and we were hauling a u haul trailer. Overall a good stay."

"Hospitality"

"Elevators weren't working and there were no more first floor rooms available. We had to carry our car refrigerator, luggage and bike up a flight of stairs. We did have a nice view of the high desert out our window. The king room was fine, spacious, but the bathtub glaze was coming off, and the tub had a narrow bottom that made it feel like I was off balance because the sides started to slant up too soon. The fitted sheet came off the corner of the bed and the mattress cover underneath had brown...

"Our room smelled like cat pee and our refrigerator and microwave was old walls paper thin and the breakfast was not a good variety"

"Room was clean, staff was helpful Tub did not drain well"
