Çanakkale good base. Frequent, cheap ferry - easy access. Cemeteries and memorials are very moving. The Çanakkale Destani Visitor Centre hour long Cine presentation isn't balanced and a bit underwhelming.

Small rooms - the deluxe room consisted of h to three separate areas- a sitting room, a bedroom and a bath. The bedroom was just big enough for the bed and just enough room to navigate around it. Would have been better to have the first two combined without a divider.
Also - the property advertised a hotel shuttle, which was a contracted service for 30 euros each way - much more than a taxi or Uber. Better to use those than the hotel’s offering.

My go to hotel in Istanbul…amazing property…however check in staff are always the weakest link…too bad the first interaction is always the worst at this hotel
