Freundliches Personal, dennoch kein 5-Sterne Hotel

Das ist meine 2. Bewertung, da wir 2 Nächte übernachtet haben. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört alles vom Nachbarzimmer, insbesondere im Bad. Im Nachbarzimmer wurde geraucht, obwohl das verboten war, unser Bad sowie unser Zimmer war voll mit Zigarettenqualm !!! Auf dem Bett waren mehrere Haare vom Vor-Gast. Ebenso in der Badewanne !!! Hygiene = 0. das Personal ist jedoch TOP ! Sehr freundlich !!!

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Jedoch sehr freundl. Personal

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Im Schlafzimmer könnten wir alles vom Badezimmer des Nachbars mithören, und die im Badezimmer könnte man auch alles vom Nachbar-Schlafzimmer hören. Ebenso den Lärm von der Straße. Für ein 5 Sterne-Hitel unüblich. Im Nachbarzimmer wurde geraucht, obwohl das verboten war, unser Bad sowie unser Zimmer war voll mit Zigarettenqualm !!! Auf dem Bett waren mehrere Haare vom Vor-Gast. Ebenso in der Badewanne !!! Hygiene = 0. das Personal ist jedoch TOP ! Sehr freundlich !!! Massagen sind relativ günstig, allerdings wird in der Zeit geschummelt, statt 105 min wurden nur 90 min angewendet. "Die Masseurinnen hätten keine Uhr" bekam ich zur Antwort, jedoch war das Handy auf dem Tisch ! Habe ich dann am Preis abgezogen !
