A very pleasant hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Within a short walk of the Sea front, restaurants etc. but located in a quiet street.

Lovely hotel, with friendly, helpful staff, very good breakfast, modern elevator, and handy plugins for charging phone. The location made getting around very easy. It's also a short walk from the city bus that goes to and from the bus station.

Great location. Rooms are comfortable, staff is helpful. The room air conditioning is difficult to work out and is always too hot or cold. However would stay again.

Comfortable Hotel in Good Location

We had a comfortable 7 days stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been better if the breakfast offered is more value for money. At GBP10 per person the breakfast tray was meagre. Free hot and cold drinks and bottles of water was great. Location was handy to the port for ferries, to main shopping street and restaurants. Unfortunately it can be noisy at night even though it is on a quiet street. Not the hotel fault.

Great location and Staff

The staff here were great and it is a short walk to the town center where there is plenty to eat. A very impressive spread for breakfast. Very clean and updated interior. Driving to the hotel was challenging and parking was rough as well, but the great staff there saved a street spot for us. Like most places in Europe they like their mattresses pretty firm though.

Canakke was a great spot for our visit to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The hotel was well located in the town. Breakfast was excellent. Varied and plentiful. The air-conditioner stopped working the first night we were there and we had mosquitoes in the room when we opened the window. Airing the room out before people arrive would be a good thing to do.

Very nice hotel.

The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi was fast and we had no issues with it. The A/C malfunctioned during the last night, but it was fixed within 3 hours. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help out. The breakfast was ok. The location was close enough to a few attractions and plenty of places to eat. Although our rooms were non-smoking they had ashtrays in them, and they had a slight smell of cigarettes. No parking if you are driving, but typically by 6:00 pm you will find a space close to the hotel. If not, there is free parking in a nearby field within 150 meters from the hotel. All things considered; I would stay again.

Armida City Hotel won us forever !!!

It was the last hotel of our tour of Turkey and we had a base to compare. ARMIDA City Hotel IS THE BEST HOTEL! Brilliant cleanliness, cozy and comfortable, great location, and the staff is extremely cordial, kind, responsive and smiling. We want to come back again.

Wonderful hotel

Very warm welcome by friendly staff. Great free private parking across the road from the hotel. Clean room and bathroom with comfy bed. Excellent Daikin aircon in room. Breakfast had everything, 1st class. Location of hotel is 8 mins walk to sea front and 5 mins walk to main shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again next time in Çanakkale.
