"Couldn’t recommend this place more, perfect central location, very clean and really friendly helpful staff. Our room was perfect for everything we needed, and great value for money. Early check-in for a fee, and additional cost for breakfast. The only real downside was that were no openable windows, and the AC did not work too well, so some fresh air would’ve been perfect. Also, unsure if all rooms are like this or not but it appeared to be an accessible room (not a problem), though bathroom facilities were all quite low down so had to crouch to use sink/mirror, but again not a massive issue so didn’t feel the need to complain. Bathroom could do with more storage space. Otherwise, absolutely perfect stay."

"I am glad I chose Fraser Suites for my accommodation needs while in Scotland. The room was great, it had all of the amenities I needed, and having a laundry room was a major plus for my extended vacation. The reception clerks are great and will help you sort just about anything out. The location was great and it's very central. I will stay again if I find myself in Glasgow again."

"Our first room had a heat problem and the AC didn’t work, so we had to sleep with a noisy fan all night which meant hot air being pushed around and not much sleep due to the noise. Second night we swapped rooms as the lovely staff helped us by allowing us to move rooms to somewhere with working AC. The problem with that room was the tap being broken and wobbly/not secured properly. The general hotel was lovely although only 1 working lift which made going up and down difficult from the high floors as well as the front automatic sliding doors being stuck in slow. They also had a test fire alarm mid week without telling any of us so we rushed downstairs for no reason (maybe an oversight as they didn’t tell us on check in) - so I’d say although we usually love CitM hotels this one was in need of some TLC & some refurbishment. "

"Arrived on a late night flight from Belfast. Easy check in. Perfect room, comfortable. Conveniently located within walking distance to all points of interest. "

"The king size bed was two twins put together, and they didn’t use a mattress pad or something to lessen the uncomfortable middle. The bed also slid apart, making the gap worse. Our bathroom smelled like sewage gas, most of the time. We had only been given one bath towel for two people. We called the front desk several times requesting another towel as well as the robes and slippers needed for the spa. We never received them. The hotel is in a nice location and has a good breakfast."
