"The Wow room was spacious and the bed and bedding very comfortable. Although small, the bathroom functioned well and the extra sink and big mirror in the main room was great. We loved the staff. Self check in is on the 6th floor where the bar is. Self check in was easy. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis to historic sites. The hotel is located close to many historic sites and there is shopping nearby as well as many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!"

"I had an excellent stay here after having leave a bad stay. The staff took me in immediately and got me set up in room. I communicated with them in Italian but I don’t know all of the Roman dialect so they switched fluently to English. If you can’t make it down to the front desk, they will communicate immediately via WhatsAp. The AC is great. I was touring by day and working US hours remotely in the evening and the wifi connection was excellent. The room has a fridge. It has simple modern decor and an elevator to the rooms. The value is excellent and the location puts you right out onto a main drag."

"There was staff only during the day and we had to call someone to let us in. Also, they need a better sign (or newer flag) as it was a bit difficult to find. Not great for someone with disabilities as there are some stairs. My AC wasn’t great but adequate. It is a great location with the trevi fountain about a 10-15 min walk. Located on a Quiet side street."

"We stayed in the Couper in their building on Via Della Croce and it was very central, just a minute walk around the corner from the Spanish Steps. The staff were very attentive and our room was spacious. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in places, but this didn't impact our stay. Everything was great including the air con! We would stay again."
