"We recently stayed at Poets Cove Resort & Spa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Before our trip, I read many reviews and was surprised by the number of negative comments. "We were just passing through and only stayed one night but the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast that was included was outstanding and had lots of variety. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There were a lot of seniors there who didn’t seem too happy to see kids - oh well!!"

"Clean & comfortable bed. Bathroom outdated but clean. Air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool while it was +30c outside. As mentioned in other reviews, visible homelessness in the area however they didn’t loiter about the hotel property and didn’t cause us any problem. It’s a good place to stay for the night if you’re passing through and need something economical."
