"Stayed at this hotel as en route to Scotland and dog friendly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus was access to pool and spa facilities which you don’t often get when travelling with a pet. Good food also."

"Best spa we have ever stayed at. The service was absolutely excellent, Fromm all of the staff at the hotel reception, spa and restaurant. Our room was beautiful, very spacious. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. "

The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. "Online Booking and check in were easy and there is on site parking (for an extra charge) The hotel is large and has some very grand looking features, with a fascinating history well situated on the north shore with an easy walk or tram ride along the promenade. The beds were comfortable, it was a budget room so we were at the side of the hotel towards the back, therefore only a view of the side street, could have been cleaner found long dark hairs in the bathroom and coffee cups hadnt been...
