"Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe."

"I was quiet and pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional. The chef was so friendly and provided exceptional customer service. He assisted my daughter with breakfast for the entire family that she insisted he receive a great review. "

"Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der junge Mann vom Parkservice hat mir sehr gut geholfen. Das Frühstück war guter Standart. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber gereinigt. Der Fitnessraum war gut ausgestattet. Hier müsste nur der Multifunktionsturm umgestellt werden, damit man beim Klimmzug nach oben mit dem Kopf nicht an der Decke anstößt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auf jeden Fall in Ordnung. "
