"We found it fine at the hotel from the reception desk, all the staff is very friendly. The area is wide with some amenities, like a pool table and the restaurant. The parking in the basement has plenty car space. All the hotel is clean, neat and updated. The rooms not very big but they are comfortable with wood bedding, fluffy pillows, and a well equipped bathroom. I recommend this place to anyone that needs to be in this area."

"Stayed here four nights. The property is beautiful and the boutique hotel is within a large building consisting of a gym , coffee shops , and restaurants. There is at least two fine dining locations on the property. Service at Antigua Boutique was excellent and the rooms were very nice and large. Would recommend. "

"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"

"If you’re traveling with family and kids, this place is perfect. There’s a giant mall downstairs with plenty of restaurants to choose from, a grocery supermarket. The hotel itself has excellent staff - courteous, attentive and professional. Breakfast buffet was above average and the dining room was organized. Rooms were clean and spotless. The Basilica de Guadalupe is less than 15 minutes by car. There’s a Costco 2 miles away. Uber rides is very convenient."
