"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

"We love how they have 7 pools. Staff are very helpful, breakfast buffet is also great. The only downside is that the staffs who drive the golf carts need to pay attention and not speed, especially at night, I almost got hit standing right next to our vehicle while holding my 1 year old."

"The hotel was awesome. Great location, staff and amenities. The apartment was great. It was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 dressing room/walk-in closets and full baths. The kitchen area and appliances were perfect. The only complaint about the room (at least this room 604) was the lack of room-darkening blinds. The bedroom windows faced East, so the morning sun came right into the bedrooms. There are blinds, they just let the sunlight through. We would definitely stay here again."

"I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. The employees were super nice. My only regret is I did not have more time to explore the area. I will always look for Westin hotels while traveling"
