"Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."

"This property uses shared bathroom located on each floor hallway. It is dirty and very less maintained. The rooms are dirty and have bugs. In addition, rooms lack air conditioning systems. The hotel provides small fans that don’t work properly. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night. Unfortunately, they didn’t support. "

"This is a fantastic friendly hotel, location is ideal for train station. Rooms have air conditioning, breakfast is wonderful, croissants, eggs, bread and cheese. Cereals juice and coffee. Absolutely perfect for our short stay. I doubt you will find a nicer welcome. "

"I don't think any of the pictures in the listing were actually of the room we were given -- all of the others looked bigger, nicer, and cleaner. Our room was of sufficient size and amenities, just did not look nearly as nice and was not very clean (there was gum on the wall as you entered). Also, the wifi was too weak to use. Apps would open but could not be used, could not navigate in browsers, and could not use messaging apps (and since the store where we checked in was never open while we were there, we had no way to contact the property since our messaging apps would not work)."
