"Staff was very kind. Rooms were clean. It looks abandoned by the outside. Galway’s seemed to need to be a bit cleaner but overall it’s a nice place with awesome staff. Would recommend! "

"The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. The refrigerator and freezer were very efficient. The tv & remote worked well. Room security was good. The in-room coffee maker's directions couldn't be read...

"everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!"

"I was extremely impressed. The communication was wonderful regarding check in and then midway through my stay I was contacted to see if I needed anything. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and minutes from downtown. I would definitely return and stay again! "
