"Friendly staff, property and building were very clean. Located conveniently close to the John Wayne Airport (the free shuttle offered by the hotel was great too). The area itself was very nice. Restaurant and front desk staff were especially helpful. Only downside was that it is located right next to a major freeway which was audible in our room. Not terrible, but noticeable. Entirely outweighed by the positives. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was good accept the room was not ready on time and when you have three kids, it creates problems. The front desk guy put our family in a handicap room with no bathtub. I reserved a regular room. The front desk guy argued with me because he said the handicap room did have a bathtub when in reality it didn't. A lack of accountability and a lack of knowledge of the hotel room layouts should be addressed my management."

"Breakfast was amazing. It was always warm and delicious. The cleaning lady at our table was so kind anf greeting us every morning. The ladybwho cleaned our room was also so kind and understanding. We were still in our room and she said she would be back. I was worried we missed the opportunity to but she indeed returned and left it very clean."

"Waterpark was great for the kids. The shower temperature kept fluctuating from lukewarm to somewhat warm which was mildly infuriating. The sink temp stayed nice and hot though. There was one dead cockroach in front of the bed but we saw no live ones... Staff were friendly and helpful"
