Room is a little small, but it’s excellent location! East access to all transportation ( JR, subway, bus) and walk distance to shopping and dinings. I will definitely be staying next time visiting Fukuoka!

The facilities were pleasant, comfortable, and clean. Front desk staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The restaurant staff was NOT friendly nor accommodating. We are from Hawaii and my spouse is Native Hawaiian. The restaurant staff was immediately ungracious [bureina] as we entered.

It has a spacious public bath only for guests, and I used it every night! Very close to the train station, hence the convenience. There's a mini mart directly connected to the hotel. However, the room is very compact (small!!), and looks kinda old. No gym. If you aren't that particular about the room, the hotel is in a really good location. Good value.

This hotel is cross the street of bus station, and bus station is next to hakata station. 1 block away is toyota car rental, and in other direction 1 block away is budget car rental. This place is very convenient, but room a bit small.

I absolutely loved staying in this property. I was close to everything from shopping to local and international cuisines. Their onsen, hot spring bath, was wonderful. Staff were always very courteous. I will always stay at this hotel whenever I go back to Japan from now on

Had a great experience at this hotel in Kumamoto! Impressive lobby area, friendly staff, nice room and good bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There is luggage storage too. The hotel is in a great location (walkable, good public transport, shops). Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very efficient business hotel.
A very efficient business hotel. Booked a larger room which had a sofa, table and arm chair. En-suite shower and heated toilet. Access to a common bath. Prepaid so check in was auto via the machine. Check out was also automated. Options for Breakfast. Had the international and Japanese buffet. Next to hakata station and JR Hakata City. 15 min walk to canal city. 10 min taxi ride to the international airport. Staff had a reasonably good command of English. Separated smoking and non smoking floors. Public bath in a common area accessed via room key. Laundry room on smoking floors so not convenient.
