We really enjoyed our stay there. There's free parking available too with 1 linked to the hotel and another just next door."

"Visited with my family recently. It’s a family owned property, excellent service and very friendly staff. Owners went above and beyond at every opportunity, including dropping 7 of us with luggage at nearby bus stop. Breakfast was yummy and thank you for accommodating our vegetarian request!! Enjoyed Ryokan with traditional night wear too ! We would highly recommend this wonderful place at foothills in Mt. Fuji with Lake Yamanakako lake in walkable distance."
