"I did not like that the reception staff from the evening to the next morning did not speak a single word of English. Made it very hard to communicate and order a very early taxi pick up. Although I had aldready booked this with the English speaking guy upon arrival. The morning guy was clueless."

Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. "

"Although the hotel itself was in an ideal location, and very beautiful inside; if you don’t know Spanish, don’t go. It’s very hard understand a lot of you don’t have a personal translator. Our room was okay, but from the first night the AC was not working. We couldn’t enjoy the view because we kept the blinds closed from the heat. After telling them about the AC, we spent a whole day trying to deal with it until they finally agreed to move me to another room which that room…also, the AC unit...
