"I would not recommend this place: Pretty run down overall; shower stall leaked; the bed was a twin, not a queen as advertised; there was no microwave as advertised; located in a residential area with a LOT of barking dogs at all hours; only 2 plates/bowls/cups/glasses/towels; pillows were thin and flat. Good location close to Gaviotas strip and the beach, but you can do better for the same price."

"The room was lovely and in a great location. It’s very new building and it does have an elevator even though on the description of the property it stated no elevator. The roof top pool was very nice but needs cushions for the patio furniture as it was very uncomfortable without them. And they need more lounge chairs available. The room needed some things like towels , pillows and bed sheets . We had to ask for them. Also no bath mats so the floor got very wet even from just opening the shower...

"It was a good experience except for one strange situation. We were enjoying a beer on the balcony after a long day of travelling and the manager knocked on the door and told us that we could not have beer in our room or on the balcony. After travelling throughout Mexico and many other parts of the world, I have never heard of such a hotel regulation. It made us very uncomfortable for the rest of the stay.
