"Very well set up space, and friendly staff. The infrequent room cleaning is a bit of a bummer - would be better if I didn’t have to bag and leave my trash outside my room every non-cleaning day. Other than that, it was great, and convenient to the subway, and a short walk from lots of amenities. "

Stayed here for 5 nights in the Superior Japanese room (recommended room 1101 since it is located by itself at the corner). Room was modern, spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer. It also has a microwave and a toaster. Definitely will stay here again in the future Not like - the AC is not strong enough for summer weather 😁"

"Love the stay and the amenities worth it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was easy to navigate and everything was within walking distance. The shower and personal sauna option is a must try. The space was family friendly wirh personal washer and dryer. The videos and website is very user friendly. Next time coming back to visit - I will only go eoth Monday Apart!!!"

"I did not expect such spacious and convenient accommodation in Tokyo. For a family of 4, this was a perfect place. Had all the amenities we would need including a washer dryer combo which was handy since our trip was long enough that we needed to do laundry as we packed light. If I had known more about Monday apart, I would have booked that wherever it was available in Japan. "

"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. The room is on the small side (glad I booked the Superior Double room) but this is not unusual for Tokyo hotels. Extra big king-size bed and additional pillow appreciated. I also appreciated the shower in bathtub with good water pressure and a good range of toiletries. The shampoo and liquid body wash have a wonderful and calming feel and scent. Hotel even provided pyjamas for guests to use during their stay. Location-wise, the hotel isn’t in the most central of Tokyo areas. Selecting this feature is deliberate - the beauty of the hotel is that it is located slightly outside the busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighbourhood, providing respite after one's senses have been assaulted in the busy areas of Tokyo. It is however an easy 5 to 8 minutes' walk to the nearest subway and JR station and also to restaurants in the neighbourhood and in and around the Tokyo Dome area. The hotel has thoughtfully provided 3 massage chairs in a room at the 3rd floor which, if one is lucky with timing, are available for guests to use. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
