"I absolutely loved my stay at the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. I stayed in a suite, which was beautiful and offered spectacular views from the 18th floor. The location was perfect, with easy access to several attractions, especially Tivoli Gardens. I also enjoyed a great cocktail on my first day. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"My husband and I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel/apartment! I loved the cleanliness of the room, the washing machine, the balcony, and its perfect location! We truly appreciated the free wine Happy Hour each evening as well as the free tipples at night. An unexpected treat! The staff were very courteous and helpful. "The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"

"We chose this apartment for its location to the main pedestrian areas for shopping and dinning as well as transportation options as we had lots of visits to family outside of Copenhagen. The only challenge with this apartment was the lack of elevators for us for luggage and elderly visitors. There is a Netto (grocery) open til 10pm and lots of cafes for dinning. Only 1 night/morning with lots of noise from those passer-by visiting disco techs. I would definitely stay here again."
