"Loved their customer service and staff were friendly. They always greet their customers while walking by. Service items that were requested were brought to the room in a short amount of time. Will definitely return."

"We stayed over 4th of July weekend on the 2nd floor. We had quiet nights. The rooms and bathrooms are big. The shower area needs a deep scrub. Breakfast was simple, but good. The waffle area was always busy. Pool area needs an update. Terry was the front desk person. She is not a people or welcoming person. Seems always cranky so that disrupts the experience. During reservation I opted to be charged at check-in. However, I was charged 3 hours before check-in. So we when to check-in early and she said that there were no rooms available yet. The manager said they had and that he wasn’t sure why Terry said that. Don’t let Terry ruin your vacation. If you stay in this hotel and you see her, tell her I said hi."

"Pools were great for the kids and clean. Our room was the worst part of everything. Sliding doors didn't lock, smelled moldy, toilet paper holder was following off the wall, huge cracks between both sides of the door. Price friendly and the rooms show it."
