"Checkin was at Mar Monte, as notified ahead of time. Parking was only valet or tight street parking. Room was not ready at 4pm. Front desk was swamped with guests checking in, many of us had to wait for our rooms to be ready. I left and came back two hours later and room was not ready. I was not notified, i had to just come back and find out myself. I left and came back at about 8pm, room was not ready and the night shift supervisor offered me a refund for the night i had booked; they did not...
