Grand Case Beach Club
10/10 Excellent
"There is much to like about this hotel, from the sandy bottom beaches to their spacious 1 bedroom units. Both our balconies had beautiful ocean views. Our air conditioning worked great, essential in this very hot and humid climate. Floats, noodles, kayaks and more are available at the beach at no charge. Waiters service the beach on the restaurant facing beach. Note that there wasn't much sand available for sitting during the full moon tide, we found the lovely chairs under the trees on the second beach to be a more enjoyable and spacious area to spend the day. The staff was very accommodating, and the condition of the hotel was excellent. I think much of it must have been renovated after the hurricanes. We enjoyed 5 meals at the independently run hotel restaurant and were very impressed. The French inspired cooking was nicely executed and rivaled some of the tasty meals we had on restaurant row in Grand Case. Speaking of restaurant row, it's a short walk to the Grand Case restaurant strip which features about a dozen fine French and Creole restaurants. It's short, but not pleasant. There are no sidewalks and it's often heavily trafficked. There is also a convenience store but not much else. I'd recommend renting a car when staying here, the roads are narrow and busy, but reasonably easy to navigate. There is a large grocery store and pharmacy just a few minutes away from the Grand Case Beach Club. Would we come here again? Absolutely!"
La Playa Orient Bay

"It was a great beach vacation with my girlfriend, I highly recommend la playa for it’s proximity to a strip of private beach and restaurants within 1-2 minute walking distance. Catherine and Benedicte were a pleasure and gave great recommendations. The snorkeling excursion was fantastic - lots of sea turtles. We will be back again soon. Thank you for improving my French."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon, Our stay at this beautiful hotel villa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and so well-maintained. Everything was clean, peaceful, and inviting, which made the entire property feel like a true little paradise. Our room was just as impressive—spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully kept, and such a relaxing place to come back to after a day out. What really stood out to us was the level of care from the staff. You could truly tell that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to have the best experience possible. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even more special. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be back! Thinking of returning for our 1 year anniversary !!"
